Here is a partial list of Restrictions that all homes must meet prior to arrival: 2 model years old or less to enter. HUD wind zone 2 or 3 certified. Must have vinyl siding and shingled roofs. Be larger than 14' X 70" or 1000 square feet of living space minimum.

All homes are required to be skirted with approved vinyl or fiberglass mobile home skirting material within 30 days of arrival on site (tongue and wheels must be removed).

Main entry must have a 6' X 6' minimum size entry deck installed within 30 days of arrival.

All vehicles must be licensed, insured and maintained in operational condition.

All yards must be kept cut, clean and neat. There is a Yard of the Month discount program.

House Pets are allowed. All pets are subject to very tight restrictions and leash laws (including cats).

Children must be under proper supervision at all times.

Boats and RV's of reasonable size and good condition can be stored on the home site.

This is only a partial list. All applicants accepted into the community will be given a complete copy of the "Ridge Crest Community Guidelines" and have an opportunity for clarifications before signing the rental agreement.
