- All homes must be factory installed vinyl siding and single roof
- Homes must be 1996 model year or newer
- Minimum size is 1000 sq. ft (approximately 14'x70) or larger
- Vinyl skirting and a minimum of at least a 6'x6' main entry deck is required
- All vehicles must be licensed, insured and operational
- Pets must reside totally inside the home and "leash laws" are enforced.
- Dogs can not be larger than 15" at the shoulder
- Proof of current rabies certificate must be made available on demand
